GRAND MARINA GUEST POLICY

Upon Check-In Grand Marina will require verification of proof of insurance as well as proof of ownership. Be sure to bring the documents with you to the marina office. Digital verification is sufficient.

Grand Marina will require a copy of government-issued photo identification to be kept on file.

Grand Marina will require a credit card to be kept on file during your stay to cover any incidentals, including but limited to; damage, electrical usage, any unpaid balances.

Grand Marina will call, email, and mail paper invoices to collect any monies due. If we do not collect a payment, the card on file will be used to pay any balance past due. If we are unable to collect payment, any unpaid balances will be reported to a collection agency.

Check-in is anytime after 9 am – Check-Out is anytime before 5 pm.

Grand Marina stores credit card information on a separate, secure site. This enables us to run credit card transactions within our system. Office personnel will not have access to your card. Only the last 4 digits of your card will show in our system.
